BOSU/Disc

image of people working out on bosu equipment.

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "My family has went to see Doc for 30 years and thanks to his billing staff we won't be making the drive over any longer. Fedorka is a great doctor but you have to have a staff that will answer questions and return calls. Very disappointed!"

  • "Too bad Ohio doesn’t recognize alternative health physicians because Jeff is so much more than a chiropractor."
    Bruce M. / Facebook
  • "Dr. Fedorko took extra time to help our daughter, his gentleness and understanding and words of encouragement, were a gift. We have both been patients at the office for a few years. They truly treat the mind and body. Emotional tapping and supplements combined can get you through the difficult times. The staff is always helpful.. His new associates are wonderful too."
